Petr Francán

undefined A photographer, camera operator and director, a university teacher, head of the Laboratory of media at the School of Theatre, Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. Displayed his works on 60 individual and 25 collective exhibitions home and abroad. Focuses primarily on social documentary photography. In the field of commercial photography has been for ten years the official photographer of the International Music festival in Brno (Moravian Autumn, Easter festival of Spiritual Music, Exposition of New Music), collaborates with various theatres in Brno and takes documentary shots of Brno underground.

Exhibition curator, e.g. for South Moravian County Office and Brno Bishopric. In 2010 exhibited in Brussels (The Czech Centre Gallery) and Vienna (Galerie auf der Pawlatsche). His TV document called ?Čechohrad" was broadcast this winter by the Czech Television.
